Statement from Pakistan on 'PKK'

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that they, as a country, welcome the PKK's decision to dissolve.

In a post shared in Turkish on his X account, Sharif stated, "This development is an important step taken toward lasting peace and a Turkey free from terrorism. This historic development reflects the will of the Turkish leadership, under the guidance of my dear brother President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the Turkish nation to move forward with determination on the path of reconciliation, unity, and stability. Pakistan and Turkey continue to act together with determination to eliminate all forms and manifestations of terrorism."
