Striking claim from Zelensky! Number of North Korean soldiers in Kursk is 11 thousand

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has claimed that there are 11 thousand North Korean soldiers in Russia's Kursk region.

In a statement on his X account, Zelensky stated that they are maintaining the buffer zone they created in Russia's Kursk region.

Reporting that they have intelligence reports indicating the presence of North Korean soldiers in Kursk, Zelensky said, "Currently, there are 11 thousand North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region. We are seeing an increase in North Korean forces, but unfortunately, we are not seeing an increase in the response from our partners."

NORTH KOREA'S INVOLVEMENT

Russian President Vladimir Putin paid an official visit to North Korea in June, and a "comprehensive strategic partnership agreement" was signed between the parties.

Statements made by the US and NATO at the end of October indicated that North Korea had sent soldiers to Russia and that they were deployed in the Kursk region near the Ukrainian border.
