US President Joe Biden was accused of 'mishandling' classified military documents and certain papers related to US foreign policy in the past.
The allegations included claims that Biden took these documents to his home and shared some classified information with people who should not have had access to it. Legal expert Robert Hur, who was asked to prepare a report on the allegations, completed his 300-page report and submitted it to the Department of Justice.

The expressions Hur used in the report to describe his impressions from his meeting with Joe Biden drew attention.
Hur described Biden as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."
In the published report, Hur stated that during his meeting with Biden, the president could not recall details and memories that 'a person with a sound memory would be able to remember.'
According to the report, Joe Biden could not remember the date of death of his son Beau, who passed away in 2015.
Furthermore, Hur noted that when he asked Biden about the dates he served as US vice president, the US president also had difficulty answering this question. In the conclusion of the report, it was written that if a case were to be filed, it would not be possible for a jury to find Biden guilty of a crime that 'requires mental competence to be committed,' and therefore, filing a case would not be appropriate. Holding an emergency press conference following the publication of the report late at night, Biden spoke about the released document.
Denying the allegations in Hur's report, Biden said, "I am the president. I am putting this country back on its feet. I know what I'm doing." Adding that his memory is fine, Joe Biden said regarding the claim that he did not remember his son's death, "How in the hell dare he raise that? When I was asked the question, I thought to myself, what business is it of his (Robert Hur)?" He added, "Let me tell you something, I swear to God, I carry his rosary every day since the day he died."
It was observed that Biden paused and had emotional moments while saying these things.
Taking questions at the meeting, Biden responded to a reporter's question, "How bad is your memory really?" by saying, "Bad enough to take questions from you."
Expressing that he was pleased with the decision in his speech, Biden stated that he considered the matter 'closed' and announced that he was focusing on his election campaign.

On the other hand, Fox News, in its report, questioned the president's pauses during the press conference and claimed that he also confused the answers he gave to questions.
