Successive attacks on US base in Syria

Four attacks were carried out with surface-to-surface weapons around the Conoco gas field, where US forces are stationed, in the Deir ez-Zor province of eastern Syria.

According to information obtained from local sources, 4 attacks were carried out with surface-to-surface weapons around the US military base at the Conoco gas field in northern Deir ez-Zor.

SECURITY MEASURES INCREASED IN THE REGION

It was learned that the rockets fell around the base during the attacks and there were no casualties at the gas field. Following these developments, US helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles conducted flights in the region, and security measures were increased around the gas facilities.

ATTACKS CARRIED OUT WITH DRONES

For the past 4 days in Syria, bases where the US military is stationed in the Tanf region, the Malikiyah district near the Iraqi border, the Shaddadi district of Al-Hasakah province, and the Deir ez-Zor province have been targeted by attacks using armed unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of unknown origin and surface-to-surface weapons.

Iran-backed groups occasionally carry out attacks on US bases on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River using surface-to-surface weapons and UAVs.
