Syrian army launches new operation against YPG/SDF

Thesignal for an operation against the terrorist organization YPG/SDF has been given. In a written statementsent to thepress by thearmy, it wasstatedthat the terroristorganization YPG/SDF'sMaps of 4 separate points located in the occupied town of Deir Hafir were shared.

Itwas stated that, in addition to the terrorist organization PKK and YPG/SDF, members of the Assadregimearealso entrenched at the points marked on the maps.

These points are used by the terroristorganizations to target the city of Aleppo and the eastin areas located in the east, primarily using kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) to carry out attacks,it wasstated that they were used aslaunch points.

TARGETS ARE BEING BOMBED

The Syrian army began striking terrortargets in Deir Hafir and Maskanah with artilleryfire. Syrian TV reported that the Syrian army is shelling positions in Deir Hafir in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

Civilians were urged to stay away from these points, which are expected to be targeted during the Syrian army's potential operation in Deir Hafir, acall was made.

On January 13, the Syrian army, primarily in Deir Hafir and Maskanah, including the FWest of the Euphrates River, theterrorist organization'soccupiedregions have been declared military zones.

For the temporary and safe evacuation of civilians in Deir Hafir, the Syrian armyopened a humanitarian corridor on the M15 highway yesterday and today.
