According to SANA, it has been reported that the Damascus administration and the terrorist organization SDF have reached an agreement in Hasakah. 

While it was reported that the agreement would come into effect at 20:00, it was noted that the leader of the terrorist organization SDF, Mazloum Abdi, will propose candidates for the position of Deputy Minister of Defense. 

Here are the terms of the agreement:

"Within the scope of the agreement, the SDF has been granted a four-day consultation period to prepare a detailed plan regarding the practical unification mechanism of the regions.

According to the reached consensus, the Syrian army will not enter the city centers of Hasakah and Qamishli, but will be stationed in the outskirts of the city.

The timeline and details regarding the peaceful inclusion of the Hasakah province, including Qamishli, into the state structure will be negotiated later.

It was agreed that military units will not enter Kurdish villages.

It was pledged that in these villages, in accordance with the agreement, no armed force other than local security forces consisting of regional residents will be present.

According to the agreement, which includes notable articles regarding political representation, SDF General Commander Mazloum Abdi will propose candidates for the Syrian Deputy Ministry of Defense and the Hasakah Governorship.

Furthermore, the list of names to be represented in the Syrian People's Assembly and those to be employed in state institutions will also be submitted by the SDF.

The parties agreed that all military and security forces affiliated with the SDF will gradually join the structures of the Syrian Ministries of Defense and Interior.

While discussions on the detailed mechanism of integration continue, civil institutions in the region will also be included in the general structure of the Syrian government.

The agreement emphasized that Decree No. 13, which regulates the linguistic, cultural, and citizenship rights of Kurds, will be implemented.

The Syrian Presidency stated that this step is a 'commitment to building a strong and unified Syria based on national partnership, where the rights of all components are guaranteed.'

The Syrian Presidency announced that the implementation of this consensus will begin this evening at 20:00."
