Trump announces: Israel will hand over Gaza to the US after the war

Sharing his plan to take over Gaza on the social media platform Truth Social, Trump stated that Gaza 'will be handed over to the US by Israel when the fighting ends.' According to the plan, US soldiers will be prevented from engaging in active combat in the region.
Claiming that Palestinians will have a happier life under this plan, Trump stated the following:
''Gaza will be handed over to the US by Israel when the fighting ends. Palestinians, people like (US Senate Minority Leader) Chuck Schumer, will have already been settled into much safer and beautiful communities with new and modern homes in the region. They will have the chance to be truly happy, safe, and free.''
Arguing that stability will prevail in the region, Trump expressed the following:
''The US, working with great development teams from all over the world, will slowly and carefully begin the construction of what will become one of the greatest and most magnificent developments of its kind on earth. US soldiers will not be needed.''

TRUMP'S GAZA PLAN
The US President had noted in a joint press conference held with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whom he hosted at the White House, that the US would take over the Gaza Strip and would be responsible for removing unexploded bombs and other weapons there, as well as clearing away destroyed buildings.
Noting that Gaza is now a massive area of destruction that has been completely razed, Trump had suggested that it would be much better for the Palestinians in Gaza to go to new settlements to be built in neighboring countries, primarily Egypt and Jordan.
Providing information about the activities they would carry out in Gaza, Trump had said:
''The US will take over the Gaza Strip and we will do a job there. We will own it and we will be responsible for the removal of all dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the ground, and the destroyed buildings.''
According to Trump's plan, all Palestinians living in Gaza will be exiled. While the details of the plan and how it will be implemented have not yet become clear, Hamas has sent a message that they are open to negotiations. However, some Hamas officials have pointed out that the people of Gaza will not accept exile
