Trump announces number of Americans evacuated from the Middle East

U.S. President Donald Trump shared an update regarding the number of Americans evacuated from the Middle East during the "Epic Fury" operation launched against Iran. In a post on the social media platform Truth, Trump stated that the number of citizens who have returned to their country from the region has exceeded 9,000.

Providing information on the evacuation process, Trump called on U.S. citizens who remain in the Middle East to register on the State Department's Step.State.Gov portal. "Once you do this, the department will determine your location and provide you with travel options. We are already organizing free flights and booking commercial options; we expect these to become even more widespread over time," he stated.

Trump also reminded Americans in the region that in case of any need or emergency, they can contact the U.S. Department of State's 24/7 Task Force.
