According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, explosion sounds were heard in the cities of Sirik and Minab in Hormozgan province.
Iranian state television also reported that explosion sounds were heard 3 times in Sirik, but the location of the sounds was not yet clear.
Iranian media announced that some points on the islands of Qeshm and Hengam were targets of the attacks.
The official Iranian news agency IRNA reported that the explosion sounds in the port city of Bandar Abbas, located around the Strait of Hormuz, came from the airport.
In a statement regarding the attack they carried out, Trump said they targeted Iran with 49 missiles.

U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth had also stated that major facilities in Iran would be targeted, saying, "We will bomb major facilities in Iran. The attacks on Iran tonight will be powerful. If these attacks happen tomorrow, they will again be clear and violent."
