Trump to Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei: 'I saved him from a very ugly and humiliating death'
U.S. President Donald Trump targeted Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stating, "His country has been destroyed, three bad Nuclear Facilities have been destroyed, and I knew exactly where he was hiding. I did not allow Israel or the U.S. Armed Forces, which is by far the largest and most powerful military in the world, to end his life. I saved him from a very ugly and humiliating death."

U.S. President Donald Trump targeted Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on his social media platform, Truth Social. Trump said, "Why would the so-called 'Supreme Leader,' Ayatollah Ali Khamenei of war-torn Iran, so openly and stupidly say that he has won the war with Israel, when he knows that statement is a lie, that is not the case."
"I KNEW EXACTLY WHERE HE WAS HIDING"
Trump stated, "His country has been destroyed, three bad Nuclear Facilities have been destroyed, and I knew exactly where he was hiding. I did not allow Israel or the U.S. Armed Forces, which is by far the largest and most powerful military in the world, to end his life. I saved him from a very ugly and humiliating death, and he doesn't have to say 'thank you President Trump'."
"I STOPPED THE SANCTIONS RELIEF EFFORTS AND OTHERS"
Donald Trump stated that on the last day of the war, he asked Israel to recall its planes heading to Tehran, saying, "It would have perhaps been the final blow. It would have been a great destruction and many Iranians would have died. This would have been by far the biggest attack of the war. Over the last few days, I was working on sanctions relief and other things, which would have given Iran a much better chance for a full, fast, and complete recovery. Sanctions hurt. But no, instead I get a response filled with anger, hatred, and disgust, and I immediately stopped the sanctions relief efforts and others," he explained.
Emphasizing that Iran should rejoin the "world order," Trump said, "Otherwise, things will only get worse for them. They are always so angry, aggressive, and unhappy, and look at what that has made them. A burned, blown-up country, with no future, a destroyed military, a terrible economy, and only death around them. They have no hope, and it will only get worse! I wish Iran's leadership would realize that you can get more with honey than with vinegar. Peace."
