A 14-point solution proposal submitted by Iran via Pakistan has received a high-level rejection from the US.

CLEAR MESSAGE FROM TRUMP: "UNACCEPTABLE"

US President Donald Trump stated in a comment to the Israeli press that he had reviewed the proposal submitted by the Tehran administration. Trump characterized the plan in question as "unacceptable."

It was stated that this message, delivered by Trump through the Israeli press, could negatively affect the indirect diplomatic traffic conducted between Iran and the US with Pakistan's mediation. The statement was recorded as a development that led to interpretations that a potential ceasefire plan has reached a deadlock.

"WE ARE REVIEWING THE RESPONSE"

Shortly before the statement from the US, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei made an assessment regarding the process. Speaking to Iranian State Television, Baghaei said that Washington's views on the proposal had been conveyed to them through Pakistan.

Baghaei stated that the US response is currently under review in Tehran.
