Trustee puts 30 properties up for sale

The trustee appointed to the Van Metropolitan Municipality has announced that 30 municipal properties have been put up for sale.

While previous decisions to sell municipal properties have caused significant controversy on both local and national agendas, these sales are continuing where they left off.

In the announcement regarding the sale of the 30 properties on the municipality's website, it was stated that the sales will take place on June 18.

The 30 properties, which include plots zoned for residential, commercial, and fuel station use located in the Eskicami and Yenicami neighborhoods of Van's Edremit district, will be sold with estimated values ranging from 4 million TL to 19 million TL.
