Two intoxicated soldiers crash armored vehicle into parked cars
At a military base in the Wiltshire region of England, two intoxicated soldiers crashed an armored vehicle they had taken without authorization into parked cars. The soldiers, who caused approximately 100,000 pounds in damages, have been taken into custody.

According to reports in the British press, two soldiers from the 26th Engineer Regiment at the Tidworth Military Base in the country's Wiltshire region returned to the base at around 01:00 local time last night after drinking alcohol outside.
It was stated that the soldiers then used a 15-ton "Bulldog" armored personnel carrier without authorization, drove it through the barracks, and crashed into vehicles parked along the road.
While some vehicles sustained serious damage, it was reported that two vehicles were completely totaled, resulting in approximately 100,000 pounds of property damage.
In footage shared on social media by eyewitnesses, the armored vehicle was seen hitting cars on both sides while moving along a narrow road.
It was noted that the soldier driving the vehicle reached a speed of approximately 51 kilometers per hour but struggled to maintain control on the narrow road; however, it was recorded that there were no injuries and the armored vehicle was not damaged. It was alleged that the soldiers later parked the vehicle properly in its designated spot.
Two soldiers taken into custody
The Royal Military Police took the two soldiers into custody in the morning following the incident. In a statement issued by authorities, it was said, "We expect the highest standards from our personnel. Two soldiers have been taken into custody by the Royal Military Police following the incident that occurred."
