US and UK launch attacks on Yemen

The Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen announced that US and UK forces carried out an attack on the city of Hodeidah, located on the Red Sea coast in the west of the country.

AIRSTRIKES REPORTEDLY REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES

According to a post on the X social media platform by the Houthi-affiliated Al-Masirah television channel, the US and UK attack took place in the Al-Katheeb area of Hodeidah. No further details regarding the attack were shared.

Another website affiliated with the Houthis stated that the airstrikes were repeated several times.

According to information obtained from eyewitnesses, the airstrikes were concentrated in an area controlled by the Houthis near the Ard al-Ahlam Garden, which overlooks the Port of Hodeidah.

The Al-Masirah television channel had reported in the morning hours that US and British forces had carried out 15 attacks on the cities of Hodeidah and Saada.
