According to a notification made to Congress by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), which is part of the Pentagon, the US Department of State has approved a new arms sale to Germany.

According to the statement, Germany will be provided with 600 Patriot missiles and related equipment with a total value of $5 billion. With this procurement, it is expected that Germany will replenish its stocks, which have decreased following its significant donations of weapons to Ukraine.

The statement indicated that the sale in question would make a significant contribution to the maintenance of security and stability in Europe.

Germany is known as the country that has provided the most military support to Kyiv after the United States.
