US Vice President Vance: We are holding diplomatic talks with the Iranians

US Vice President James David Vance made statements to the US press regarding the negotiations between the US and Iran.

Vance stated that President Donald Trump is clear that Iran cannot possess nuclear weapons, noting that Trump wants to achieve this goal through diplomatic means but also has other tools at his disposal.

Touching upon the 3rd round of negotiations between the US and Iran to be held tomorrow in Geneva, Switzerland, Vance said he hopes the Iranians will take what Trump has said seriously during tomorrow's talks.

Vance said, "We are holding another round of diplomatic talks to reach a reasonable agreement with the Iranians."
