Iran reveals details of missile attack on Israel: 'In the first phase of the operation'

Ibrahim Azizi, Chairman of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, made a statement regarding Iran's missile attack on Israel.

Azizi stated that the attack in question should serve as a serious warning to the Zionist regime, saying, "Approximately 200 missiles were fired in the first phase of the operation. Current information indicates that the vast majority of military targets were hit. We hope the Zionist regime understands that any further miscalculation or wrongful action will lead to its complete destruction."

Azizi noted that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has fulfilled its promise and that if any country makes a miscalculation, the response will be even more severe and devastating.

Ahmad Vahidi, former commander of the IRGC Quds Force and former Minister of Interior, said, "Both the Zionist regime and its supporters must be careful and not drag themselves into the quagmire the Zionist regime is currently in. We have carried out the most powerful attack against the Israeli regime to date. If the regime continues its occupations, this is what it will face."

The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated, "The officials and military of the Islamic Republic of Iran have fulfilled their promise and carried out 'Operation True Promise 2' against strategic targets in the occupied territories. These areas, which are protected by Israel's intensive air defense systems, were targeted with 90 percent success."

Regarding the missile attack, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said: "We have responded to the massacres of the Zionist regime by using our legitimate legal right for the peace and security of Iran and the region."

The first statement regarding the missile attack on Israel came from Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Iran's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York announced that the US was not given prior notice regarding Iran's missile attack on Israel.

The Iran Civil Aviation Organization announced that all flights have been canceled until 10:00 AM local time tomorrow.

US Department of Defense (Pentagon) Press Secretary Major General Pat Ryder announced that the latest attack was "twice the size" of the previous attack Iran carried out against Israel in April.
