In the indictment prepared regarding the hotel, which collapsed in the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes and where 72 people, including athletes, teachers, and tour guides from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), lost their lives, the defendants face prison sentences ranging from two years and eight months to 22 years and six months for the crime of 'causing the death and injury of more than one person with conscious negligence'.
