Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Istanbul as part of an official visit.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy's plane landed at Atatürk Airport at approximately 13:30.
Zelenskyy will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the evening.
The following statement was made yesterday by the Presidency's Directorate of Communications regarding the meeting:
“Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will pay an official visit to our country on March 8, 2024. Within the scope of the visit, the course of the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia, the latest status of contacts regarding the continuation of the Grain Corridor Agreement, and the search for lasting peace in the region will be discussed in detail. Turkey-Ukraine relations will also be discussed between President Erdoğan and his guest Zelenskyy."
