Zelenskyy dismisses Ukrainian Air Force Commander Oleshchuk
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has dismissed Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk.

In a statement released on the Ukrainian Presidential Office's website, it was noted that Zelenskyy signed the decree regarding Oleshchuk's dismissal.
The General Staff also announced that Anatoliy Kryvonozhko, Commander of the "Tsentr (Center)" Air Command, will temporarily serve as the Air Force Commander.
In a post on his social media account, Zelenskyy stated that he had decided to replace the Air Force Commander, adding the following:
"I am extremely grateful to all our military pilots, engineers, soldiers in mobile firing groups, and air defense units. (I am grateful) to everyone who is truly fighting for results for Ukraine. We must do the same at the command level, we must become even stronger. We must take good care of our people, our personnel, and all our soldiers."
