Zelenskyy: US requested help from Ukraine against Iran

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that the US has requested help from Ukraine regarding Iranian drones, amid ongoing tensions between the US, Israel, and Iran.

Zelenskyy stated, "We have received a request from the US for special support in protecting the Middle East region against Shahed (Iranian drones).

I have given instructions to provide the necessary tools and to ensure that Ukrainian experts who can guarantee the necessary security are available. Ukraine helps its partners, just as they help us ensure our security and protect the lives of our people."

It is known that Ukraine has gained significant experience in countering these drones due to Russia's frequent use of Iranian drones in attacks on its territory during the war, which has now surpassed 4 years.
