The US-based electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla announced that it will recall approximately 2.2 million vehicles due to an incorrect font size on warning lights, as reported by the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
According to Reuters, the vehicles to be recalled include the Model S, Model X, 2017-2023 Model 3, Model Y, and 2024 Cybertruck models.
On December 22, the NHTSA announced that Tesla was recalling 120,423 vehicles in the US due to the risk of door latches unlatching during a collision.
Additionally, the NHTSA stated on December 13 that Tesla was recalling approximately 2 million of its 2012-2023 Model S, 2016-2023 Model X, 2017-2023 Model 3, and 2020-2023 Model Y vehicles due to a defect in the Autopilot steering system.
