New details continue to emerge regarding the couple Dilan Polat and Engin Polat. The criminal record list of Engin Polat and Dilan Polat has been revealed in the MASAK report.

NON-PROSECUTION IN 6 INVESTIGATIONS AGAINST DILAN POLAT

MASAK, which conducted work on Engin Polat and Dilan Polat, also included details in its 49-page report regarding whether the couple had any criminal cases or prosecutor's office investigations.

In the prosecutor's office investigations researched on UYAP, 6 separate investigation cases emerged for Dilan Polat.

Among these investigations, a total of 3 separate 'Threat' incidents in Istanbul and Ankara, one case in Istanbul Bakırköy for "Damaging, destroying, making inaccessible, or inserting data into an information system, etc.", one case in Izmir for "Unlawfully obtaining or disseminating personal data", and one case for "Breach of trust" by the Batman Chief Public Prosecutor's Office were observed. All these investigations initiated against Dilan Polat between 2014 and 2022 resulted in non-prosecution.

ENGIN POLAT'S CASES ALSO EMERGED

In the examinations conducted on UYAP, 5 separate records emerged for Engin Polat, 3 of which are in court and two in the prosecutor's office. Engin Polat received a sentence in 2018 from the Istanbul 7th Criminal Court of First Instance for the crime of "Endangering traffic safety".

A case for 'Simple assault' from 2006 is still ongoing at the Anatolian 2nd Juvenile Court. Regarding Engin Polat, whose 'Threat' case from the same file is also ongoing, a 'threat' complaint filed in 2020 resulted in a decision of non-prosecution. A case was filed by the prosecutor's office against Engin Polat in 2018 on charges of 'driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs'.
