Cumhuriyet newspaper columnist and Halk TV program host Murat Ağırel made significant statements on the program "Kayda Geçsin" (On the Record), which airs on Halk TV, following the video in which he was recently threatened with death.

Ağırel stated that there is a conspiracy behind the threats and assassination allegations, and that it was orchestrated by FETÖ.

THE PERSON'S INFORMATION IS COMING TO ME

Recalling that a masked individual in the video announced that a contract had been put out for his murder and that an execution order had been issued, Ağırel said, "They are sending me the information of the people who will carry out the assassination against me. They provided all the information about the people living abroad who are sending money. In short, there is a conspiracy, a FETÖ conspiracy in my opinion."

AUTHORITIES ARE AWARE OF THE SITUATION

Stating that he has informed the authorities about the situation, Ağırel said, "I have provided all the information to the Ministry of Interior and the prosecutor's office. I will not fall for the chaos plan. I know everything they are doing." He also noted that some conversations have been recorded and that developments they do not want may occur in the future.

Ağırel emphasized that the goal is to create chaos and that he will not fall for such incidents.
