Statement from Minister Uraloğlu on THY: 'No signs of a cyberattack'
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu spoke about the infrastructure issue that caused flight cancellations at Turkish Airlines (THY). Uraloğlu stated, "The necessary investigation has been conducted. There are no signs of a cyberattack."
Due to issues experienced in THY's information technology infrastructure, there were disruptions in ticketing and reservation processes yesterday evening.

Speaking to Haber Global on the matter, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu stated that there was no sign of a cyberattack, saying, "It is a problem stemming entirely from the infrastructure. We are working with THY executives on what needs to be done to ensure it does not recur."
Stating that they monitored the issue throughout the night, Uraloğlu said, "It affected the whole world. This is not just the operation of one airline company. It is our flag carrier company. Every type of grievance will be resolved. None of our citizens will be left aggrieved."
