Bahar Candan's '12 million TL' post emerges

The Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation into social media influencers Nihal Candan and Bahar Candan, who were detained on charges of "Membership in a Criminal Organization" and "Laundering Assets Derived from Crime" as part of an investigation into the defrauding of 79 victims between 2020, 2021, and 2022.

During their police questioning, Bahar Candan was asked about her post stating, 'One morning, 12 million TL was transferred to my account.'

Bahar Candan claimed that she had intended to write 2 but accidentally wrote 12, and that her intention was to make a joke.

A screenshot of that post, which Candan made on February 4, 2023, has emerged.

The police questioning of social media influencers Nihal and Bahar Candan has concluded. The statements of the sisters, who were sent to the courthouse, have emerged. Nihal and Bahar Candan were questioned about promotional dinners held at luxury restaurants and their relationships with the imprisoned gang leader, former police officer Onur Apaydın.

Nihal Candan stated that Onur Apaydın was her former boyfriend but that she had broken up with him at that time.

The Candan sisters did not accept the accusations.
