An official from the Moroccan government, who requested anonymity, noted that 'the ban was imposed on the latest issue of Marianne magazine dated February 29'.
The Moroccan official stated, "The distribution of the issue in question will not be permitted in any region of Morocco due to its inclusion of cartoons insulting Prophet Muhammad."
