1-) Is it against the law for the detained Tolgahan Demirbaş to obtain personal data belonging to me, my husband Sinan Ateş, and his close friends through unlawful means via Ülkü Ocakları Deputy Chairmen, Headquarters Administrators, and law enforcement officers, and then send it to Ülkü Ocakları President Ahmet Yiğit Yıldırım, who requested it from him?

2-) Does it constitute a criminal element for Ülkü Ocakları President Ahmet Yiğit Yıldırım to order Tolgahan Demirbaş to carry out the attack on former Ülkü Ocakları President Suat Başaran at Ankara Esenboğa Airport?

3-) Does the order given by Ömer Şanlı, who was the Deputy Chairman in charge of Organizations at the time and currently serves as the Ankara Ülkü Ocakları President, to attack Niğde IYI Party Deputy Chairman Mümin İnan at a rest stop in Pozantı on 01/06/2022, have a criminal penalty in law books?
