AKP's Mücahit Birinci comments on Öcalan regarding the Imralı transcripts: 'He's a total jackal...'

The Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) has released the transcripts of the meeting held on November 24 between three members of parliament and Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the PKK terrorist organization, at Imralı Prison. While various figures have commented on the released transcripts, AKP member Mücahit Birinci also made notable remarks.

AKP Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Yayman, MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız, and DEM Party Group Deputy Chairperson Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit met with Öcalan on November 24, 2025, representing the Parliamentary Commission on National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy.

The transcripts regarding the content of the meeting were released by the TBMM, spanning 16 pages. Notable comments regarding these transcripts came from AKP's Mücahit Birinci.

I didn't find it a chore; I read the 16-page meeting transcripts line by line.

Friends, we have been explaining this for exactly 1 month; we wrote about it morning and night. At the point we have reached, what we have been saying has effectively received a notary certification with the images that surfaced on social media today.

We saw how this elderly pervert, this con artist with one foot in the grave, tried to scam the parliamentary delegation on the fly.

We saw how inconsistent, how nonsensical, and how outdated the absurdities he recounted were, especially regarding the Middle East and Israel relations.

We understood that this narcissist, this jackal with one foot in the grave, follows tabloid news on television day and night.

We saw that this terrorist leader hasn't been able to move forward even one step since the 1990s.

We also saw how this fake Stalin, who can't get anything right, views the people in front of him as being like himself, and how he tried to scam them on the side, on the sly.

He's a total jackal...

His only concern is to get out; he has no other concern.

We also clearly saw what ridiculous examples this narcissist, who equates himself with Atatürk, gave.

At the end of the day, what was the first thing we said to our nation?

“Release this narcissistic senile man to television; let him speak every day, let him connect to live broadcasts every minute. Let him connect so that all of Turkey, the world, Syria, everyone understands what kind of madman he is.”

Consequently, the Republic of Turkey State has said the following to our Kurdish brothers:

“We have done whatever we could, up to the most extreme situation. We even took this mentally ill person as an interlocutor.”
