Transcripts of meeting with Öcalan in İmralı released: I started politics in the Idealist Hearths

The TBMM has released the full transcripts of the November 24, 2025, İmralı meeting—attended by representatives of the AKP, MHP, and DEM Party, but not the CHP—two months later; the details of the meeting, which were previously only summarized, have been published on the Parliament's website.

The detailed record of the meeting, which was attended by three members of parliament, was published on the Parliament's website.

AKP-MHP-DEM PARTY ATTENDED, CHP DID NOT

AKP Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Yayman, DEM Party Group Deputy Chairman Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit, and MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız traveled to İmralı Island on November 24, 2025, on behalf of the process commission established within the Parliament to hold a meeting with PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan. The stance of the CHP, which decided not to participate in the meeting, had been criticized.

The summary transcripts of the meeting in question were read at the commission meeting held on December 4, but opposition parties, primarily the DEM Party, reacted to the fact that only a summary of the transcripts was shared.

The TBMM published the full transcripts of the meeting on its official website under the title "İmralı High-Security Prison Meeting Transcript."

FULL TEXT OF THE MEETING

The full text of the transcript shared on the Parliament's official website is as follows:

"Subject: Statements made by Abdullah ÖCALAN during the meeting held with Commission members on 24/11/2025.

"Abdullah ÖCALAN;

First of all, stating that the Kurdish issue is a thousand-year-old problem, that this problem has 3 stages, and that the conjunctural process should be taken into account in this context,

That he wanted to explain the great mistake made in history, also taking into account the ideology of Mr. Feti (Yıldız),

That the first association he (Abdullah Öcalan) went to in Ankara was the Idealist Hearth (Ülkü Ocağı), and that he started politics there,

That the Kurdish issue has moved from the state level to the political level, that he will now discuss this serious issue with politicians, and that he attaches great importance to this,

That he (Abdullah Öcalan) first wanted to thank the President and Mr. Devlet Bahçeli, that Mr. Devlet Bahçeli in particular displayed a courage rarely seen in the history of the Republic, and that he feels gratitude to the aforementioned in this context,

That he stands behind all his words, and that if conditions permit, his theoretical and practical capabilities are suitable for realizing this,

That he has made a great contribution to the hundred-year Turkish-Kurdish relationship system with the words of Mr. Bahçeli (Mr. Devlet Bahçeli),

That they (Abdullah Öcalan and the PKK) have established contact and dialogue with the State since the Turgut Özal era, that is, since 1992, successively during the Erdal İnönü and Süleyman Demirel eras,

That a hand within the state does not want the Kurdish issue to be resolved with them (Abdullah Öcalan and the PKK), and that the coup mechanism has been activated every time,

(Upon Hüseyin Yayman stating that they came with the sensitivity of the families of martyrs) That every loss of a soldier is a tragedy for him, that he is never happy about it, and that these young people should not die like this,

That if they can definitely reach a solution in Turkey and the region and succeed in opening the door from the right place, a great door of fortune will open, and it will also redefine the region,

That if they fail, the coup mechanism could operate, primarily against Mr. Devlet Bahçeli and the President, and that Mr. Devlet Bahçeli also touched upon this in his speeches,

That Mehmet Ali Birand interviewed him (Abdullah Öcalan) in 1988 without permission, that (Turgut) Özal called and said 'what have you done Mehmet Ali, you burned me,' that as soon as he returned to Ankara, he would have worked with all his might to solve this issue, but the assassination took place 4 days after this interview was published in Milliyet, that he was going to have a meeting with Özal's Chief of Staff Kaya Toperi on April 17, but Özal suddenly died and this assassination was covered up, that he has doubts about his death, that if it cannot be achieved, they will attack not only Mr. Devlet Bahçeli but the entire MHP, and that he knows how they attacked Erdoğan (the President),

That his interlocutors are aware of how he (Abdullah Öcalan) has been made a scapegoat, that the attacks on him are attacks against peace and the law of brotherhood, that some are agents of influence and that they do this consciously,

That Mr. Devlet Bahçeli said, 'if this problem is not solved, nothing will remain of Anatolia or Turkishness,'

That Mustafa Kemal (ATATÜRK) fought a great war in Çanakkale, that he said to the Anzacs, 'your martyrs are our martyrs too,' that he wants the families of martyrs to define him (Abdullah Öcalan) in this way, and that he (Abdullah Öcalan) also looks at the families of martyrs with respect and knows how great their pain is,

That in the past, he told the head of JİTEM, 'you brought this problem to this state and threw it into my lap, all the sin is not mine,' that the 4 force commanders stated that if there was no positive result, his execution would be approved, and that he (Abdullah Öcalan) said, 'no solution other than a democratic solution is possible for me,'

That the new agreement system of America and Benjamin Netanyahu is called the Abraham Accords, that such a project is in effect, that Iran has a Shiite project, that it has retreated a bit for now but its claims continue,

That even though the solution process is tense and even though it is facing a great test, at least at the point reached, 'they will open a door that shapes not only the next 100 years but 1000 years, not just in terms of good intentions, they will open a 1000-year, 100-year, and immediate door of Brotherhood/solution,'

That despite the unimaginable rhetoric in the media, Turkey has such an issue and it is in a situation that cannot be postponed, and that they also want a definitive solution,

That Mr. (Devlet) Bahçeli extended this hand, and the President also had a speech in Malazgirt aimed at strengthening the internal front, and based on that, Mr. (Devlet) Bahçeli said 'I am extending a hand' as a contribution, but the organization in Kandil made different sounds, and even carried out an action, and that he was very saddened by the TUSAŞ action,

That it is historic for Mr. (Devlet) Bahçeli to remind him of his words, 'If opportunities are provided, I am ready to serve the state,' and to say 'go ahead,' and even to ask him to speak at the DEM Party group meeting, including the right to hope if necessary,

That he stands behind his word, and that if conditions permit, his theoretical and practical capabilities are suitable for realizing this,

That Turks are also in the organization, and that a Turkish organization member named Duran Kalkan leads it, that there has always been such a group of Turkish origin in the organization, that there has been such a tradition from the beginning, that when his thought reached Kandil, they made a unilateral ceasefire and adhered to it,

That he turned to the February 27 Declaration, that he needs to remind this, that he wants to state it specifically, that every sentence has a programmatic feature, that every sentence is a program, (Upon this, Feti Yıldız replied, 'we are aware,')

That he explained how the Kurdish issue could be solved in his call, that Kandil also complied with this declaration to the letter and (the PKK) dissolved itself, that following this, the weapon-burning action took place under the leadership of Bese (Hülya Oran), that in this context the aforementioned showed responsibility, that with this realization, 70 percent of what was necessary was done by him (Abdullah Öcalan), and that after this development, the organization members in Turkey withdrew from Turkey under the leadership of Sabri (Ok),

That he sees the year that has passed in the process as successful, that no martyrs were given and no conflict broke out during this period, and furthermore, a great political opening was achieved, and that in this context, the support in public opinion has increased, and that he thinks some question marks in the public's mind will also be resolved in the coming process,

That as Bahçeli (Mr. Devlet Bahçeli) also said, communication channels should be opened for him (Abdullah Öcalan),

That in the past, S. Demirel said in Mardin, 'I recognize the Kurdish reality,' and that during this period, he (Abdullah Öcalan) sent Ahmet Türk and Sırrı Sakık to Aleppo to his side, and said to them, 'let us recognize the Kurdish identity, and you lay down your arms,' that this opportunity was missed at that time, but S. Demirel worked very hard to solve this problem,

That (Necmettin) Erbakan also had an initiative in 1997, that Hafiz Assad and Abdulhalim Haddam called him (Abdullah Öcalan) and showed him 3 letters, and that February 28 happened afterwards, that the letters were a summary of issues such as a 5-year exemption and lack of political rights, but no opportunity was given,

That the National Security Council established a relationship with Sabri (Ok) and others, and in 1997 it was called 'relations with society,' but it got stuck afterwards and he thinks there was an outside intervention,

That in Kilis, Land Forces Commander Atilla Ateş made the statement, 'if it does not come out, we will occupy Syria within 2 days,' that there was an intense communication that he knows very well was through MOSSAD, that they said, 'either Stockholm or Northern Iraq, otherwise there is no place left for you to step in this world,' like the way they drew Arafat in, that while waiting in Northern Iraq to neutralize this, he surprisingly ended up in Athens, that there, the Greek General Intelligence Officer named Stavrakis said, 'you cannot leave here except for Oslo, we will not allow you to go anywhere, not even to your own country,' that he (Abdullah Öcalan) was astonished, that he went to Moscow in a way that was not in the plans at all, that a Jew named Zhirinovsky (Vladimir) met him, that they said, 'we can hide you in a house, other than that there is no possibility,' that he (Abdullah Öcalan) said, 'these are an official party, how will they hide me in Moscow,' and he could not comprehend it, and afterwards the story was messaged as 'you have no place to take refuge on earth other than MOSSAD,'

That he was taken to Dushanbe and kept waiting in the cold weather for 3-4 hours, that it is incomprehensible how Socialist-Communist Moscow came to this state, then he went to Rome, and this time they said, 'the CIA and MOSSAD do not let a bird fly,' they tried Athens again, and this time they said in Minsk at the airport, 'you can stay as stateless,' that could there be such a despicable act, afterwards he was taken to Nairobi and there the story completely went out of their control, that the ambassador, whom he thought was a British agent, gave him a pistol, and told him that it would be his only protection and that he should keep it with him, later JİTEM told him (Abdullah Öcalan), 'if you had used that weapon, we would have definitely killed you there,' that he is telling these because they closely concern Bahçeli (Mr. Devlet Bahçeli),

That if he is not involved, a 100-year Turkish-Kurdish war will be inevitable, and that this is very important,

That there will be no 'Turk without Kurd, Kurd without Turk,' that Mr. (Devlet) Bahçeli is very attached to this, that this is the ideology of the Republic, that it is connected to positivism, that it requires the liquidation of the Kurd, that the Turkmens are also included in this, that it was also melted down, that he is explaining it to explain 'how the wounds developed, what led to the rebellion,'

Therefore, this ideology has been somewhat effective in Turkey, that (his interlocutors) know this very well, and that this is the reason for all kinds of rebellions,

When it came to the Sheikh Said rebellion, the ideology of the War of Independence was provided with the Islamic ummah understanding, later when it separated from this understanding, this created a reaction, and that reaction led to the rebellion, (Feti Yıldız stated, 'all of them were called rebellions but they were not rebellions,' and stated that many of them were terrorist movements.)

That the name of the Kurdish rebellions is the Kurdish rebellion, and that his was actually a rebellion, even though they said 'Modern war of independence, guerrilla,' it could not go beyond being a Kurdish rebellion and this was not overcome, it started to take a tragic turn, that he wanted to conclude it in 1993, that Özal sent them a message through TALABANI,

That Özal stated to them, 'not everything you do is wrong, you played your role in introducing the Kurdish identity, if you continue the armed struggle, all your efforts will be in vain,' that he thought about it but was late, that they were right, that he was naive at that time, and that Özal passed away at a historic moment,

That he finds their (the Commission Members') testimony important, that they are scientific witnesses, that they should say 'science says this outside,' that the distortions are very terrible,

That in a letter from prison, it is described as 'the collapse process of the Ottoman Empire was together with the start of Kurdish rebellions,' that Abdulhamid took precautions and had the Hamidiye Schools established, that this precaution was very serious, that Abdulhamid realized that the Kurdish Rebellions caused the collapse of the Ottoman Empire,

That Sultan Abdulmecid tried to develop a friendly solution with the Kurdish Emirates, that at that time the Russian Empire and France were working to establish a Syriac state in Syria and an Armenian state in the North (Eastern Anatolia),

That he sees Mr. Bahçeli (Mr. Devlet Bahçeli)'s Jerusalem and Saladin Ayyubi statements as very important, that he thinks Saladin Ayyubi's ensuring Turkish and Kurdish Unity in the conquest of Jerusalem was very effective,

That his grandmother was of Turkmen origin,

That the Seljuk Sultan Sanjar chose Hamadan, the former capital of the Mede state, as his capital,

That he understood that 'Turk without Kurd, Kurd without Turk' will not live in this geography,

That Sultan Alparslan's success in Malazgirt was by agreeing with the Marwanid Emirate in Silvan and the Kurdish Emirate in Ahlat and receiving support from them, and that he read this in the book written by Osman TURAN,

That Malazgirt was a victory where Kurds also fought extensively, that it is said that the door of Anatolia was opened to the Turks, but it expanded to Şanlıurfa and Malatya up to the Euphrates, and this allowed the Kurds to breathe,

That ATATÜRK said to the tribal chief in Beyazıt, 'if we fight each other in this war, neither Kurdistan nor Turkey will remain, both will lose,' that there was no way of salvation other than unity, that afterwards the war was won and the Kurdish contribution cannot be ignored,

That in recent days, a Jewish-Kurdish Congress was held in Germany with a congress in Erbil, that these are very important, whether his interlocutors know about this, (F. Yıldız said he knew.)

That he is telling this so they understand the power of MOSSAD, that in the past they said the plane he was in would not land in any NATO or European city, that there is an incredible control, that what matters is that he was shot by a Turk, thus the organization would come under their command, that an incredible fury of assassinations and killings like in Gaza would begin, that there were those who burned themselves at that time, that the apocalypse broke out, and that his interlocutors should explain this today as well, that it still maintains its importance today, that history developed this way, that he made moves without hesitation,

That this information must be known to interpret today, and that is why he explained it,

That (his interlocutors) will change the fate of the Middle East, that he will throw the ball to them,

That he explained the reason for the PKK rebellion, why he ended it, and that he wanted to explain the mechanics of the great risk, that everything might not be as they know, and that they should not misunderstand him,

That Mr. (Devlet) Bahçeli knows the State at least as well as he does, that he might be exaggerating, but every possibility must be taken into account, that his experience is very great,

(It is evaluated that the conspirators he refers to as those who want to disrupt the process are very powerful.)

That he (Abdullah Öcalan) knows the MHP very well, that if the MHP members did not see Bahçeli (Mr. Devlet Bahçeli) as right, they would not stand behind him and support him,

That the last decision taken by the CHP (in the Parliamentary Commission) is very remarkable, but that he is not saying this for the CHP to be excluded,

That something is going on in Syria, that he (Abdullah Öcalan) knows Syria very well because he lived there for 20 years,

That the members of the Parliamentary Commission are ahead of him (Abdullah Öcalan) on some issues, but that he (Abdullah Öcalan) is ahead of them on some issues,

That he will talk about more important steps for society, that he thinks the PKK should normally have been dissolved in 1993, that the Turkish-Kurdish relationship is a symbiotic relationship, that in this context the Ziya GÖKALP example is not a groundless example,

That Anatolian Turkishness is dependent on Kurdishness, and Mesopotamian Kurdishness is dependent on Anatolia,

That not only should the PKK lay down its arms, but it should also end mentally (hostility), that there is a relationship of brotherhood between the two nations, that rebellion, war, and conflict have been experienced between them, (upon this, F. Yıldız stated, 'even during the period when news of martyrs came, no one went and broke the window of a Kurdish neighbor, despite so many incidents, a Kurdish-Turkish enmity never formed,')

That (Turks and Kurds) have lived intertwined for a thousand years, that the Karakeçili Turkmens in Urfa are more Kurdish than him, and that the Germiyanids were Kurdish in essence but became Turkified over time, that this historical reality should not be ignored, that both identities should respect each other, that trying to destroy each other is a trap,

That he has abandoned the idea of real socialism since 1995, that the transformation of the mind is a painful process, that that process has been left behind and that it is necessary to lay down arms mentally, that it will take time in practice, that he needs to prepare the organization members, that Duran Kalkan says 'we will never use weapons' more than he (Abdullah Öcalan) does,

That the Syria issue is as important as Turkey, that he has had quite a lot of relations with the Assad family, and that he already lived under their close protection and support,

That the SDF has an armed force of at least 100 thousand people with US and Israeli support and that it has become more widespread than thought, that other regions can also be included in this, that the documents of the congress did not reach him, but that the congress in Europe (Kurdish-Jewish Congress) and in Erbil (6th Middle East Peace and Security Forum) also mean 'while we are going to a solution here (İmralı), they are also going to a solution there,'

That Ferhat Abdi ŞAHİN is one of the people closest to him (Abdullah Öcalan) and is loyal to him,

That the meeting in Erbil and the congress in Europe were held under the auspices of the Germans, that they said, 'the biggest obstacle right now is Apo when the Kurds are at the stage of establishing a state,' that what he (Abdullah Öcalan) proposes as a method is the Democratic Society,

That he is fighting for Democratic Society and they are fighting for Kurdish statehood,

That Kurds are very necessary for Israel because the disruption of the Middle East's balances depends on Kurdish geopolitics, that Israel cannot realize its Middle East hegemony without Kurdish geopolitics,

That he (Abdullah Öcalan) sees the Republic of Turkey as proto-Israel and Kurdish statehood as post-Israel statehood, that just as the Republic was necessary for the establishment of Israel before, now Kurdish statehood is necessary for Israel for hegemony in the Middle East, that it cannot survive and establish hegemony otherwise,

According to the latest information he received, it is said, 'there is widespread propaganda, your chance of becoming a state is being sabotaged by Apo,' that this is a very important determination,

That they will do everything for them to fail, but that they have an advantage, that he has weight within the Kurdish movement, that whatever Mr. (Devlet) Bahçeli's weight is among nationalists, his is the same within the Kurdish movement, that this is also valid within Iran, Iraq, and Syria,

That it is not appropriate for our national interest to implement either the Abraham Accords proposed by Israel or the Shiite project proposed by Iran, that instead, democratic integration is important,

That attention should be paid to the Democratic Kurdish formation, that he is not saying state, that whatever his interlocutor's Democratic Nationalism is, his is just as much Democratic Communalism,

That he is not talking about a piece related to the state, that Mr. (Devlet) Bahçeli knows this very well (Upon this, Feti Yıldız stated, 'he explained that there is no state-building, no federative structure, no autonomy,' and Abdullah Öcalan confirmed.)

As a result, the state they are looking for is the Republic of Turkey, he said clearly, that Kurds will take part in the Middle East with this state, that they will organize themselves democratically, that it has nothing to do with federal autonomy, that this is not his own invention, it is true socialism, that he explained it to the left like this, that what collapsed 200 years of socialism is their understanding of socialism,

As a result, Democratic Society and the Republic must be integrated,

That the origin of the commune is Kurdish, it means community, gathering, that it was Municipalism in the Middle Ages, that it is the municipalization, corporatization, local democracy of the people, that he proposes this for Turkey as well,

That what he wants for Turkey, he also wants for Syria, that this is local democracy and commune (democratic municipalism), that he thinks about this issue every day, that in this context he can establish a dialogue with them (SDF), that he thinks they will listen to him (Abdullah Öcalan) but that they will not act unilaterally in this sense, that Ahmed El-ŞARA should also take positive steps for a democratic Syria like the SDF,

That he (Abdullah Öcalan) is not telling history in vain, that there is a very intense Arab nationalism in Syria, that there are also Turkmens there, that they (SDF) will respect their rights just like the Kurds,

That he wishes condolences for the earthquake that occurred on February 6, that they (Abdullah Öcalan) want to do the work they will do in memory of those who lost their lives in this earthquake,

Regarding Syria (F. Yıldız; the SDF made an agreement on March 10) that there are 8 articles of that agreement, that they take them as a basis, (Hüseyin Yayman; stated that he [Abdullah Öcalan] is the leader of that organization [SDF], that everyone in the Parliamentary Commission and the public voices the Syria issue, that the Turkish people first want to see concrete steps in terms of laying down arms in Syria and the delivery of the children of the Diyarbakır Mothers to their families.) (A committee was established for the children of the Diyarbakır Mothers to return to their families,) (Hüseyin Yayman; stated that the historic brotherhood he mentioned at the beginning is very important, that no one has any objection to this, that they can now break the coup mechanism, that the President and Mr. Devlet Bahçeli are determined on this issue, that they can succeed this time,) that one must also be careful about the coup mechanism, otherwise this mechanism could run over the process like a bulldozer,

Regarding Syria, his (Abdullah Öcalan's) proposal is local democracy, that the founding principle (of the AK Party) is municipalism, that there are missing aspects of the law and he wants to spread this law to all cities, that in local democracy in Athenian democracy, a delegate was elected from each region and they represented that region, that this is locality and democracy, that he thinks a democracy strengthened in a local context is needed for Syria, not based on sect or ethnicity, that the real problem is how to fill the content of this concept and how to include it in the Constitution,

That for a state, regional local democracy is as necessary as central unitary powers, that one cannot exist without the other, (F. Yıldız upon this; asked whether there would be a defense force for local democracies in Syria.) that there will be forces within the scope of public order, that two powers must be merged in Syria, that Arab nationalism is strong in Syria, that what the Assad family did in Syria is obvious, that if democratic conditions are not provided, Ahmed El-ŞARA could also turn into a dictator tomorrow,

That Turkmens are in a worse situation than Kurds, that they do not have a society, a Turkmen commune to express themselves, whether his interlocutors understand the commune,

That the commune means a community, civil society, and that it must exist,

That one or two families could come out and tie all of Aleppo's rent to themselves and that it is necessary to take precautions against this, that this is valid for all peoples, that Turkmens have had great efforts there for a thousand years, that them being a civil society is in the nature of the business, that there are also Circassians and Armenians, that they should also turn themselves into a modern civil society,

That if they leave Syria without civil society or local democracy, a new Hafiz ASSAD will emerge, that he (Abdullah Öcalan) will use his power to prevent this, and that he will do everything in his power in practice,

That Israel wants a Syria from its own culture, that they cannot leave Syria completely under Israeli influence, that this is objectionable, that he is not saying 'let's fight Israel' but that he promises (Abdullah Öcalan) that he will handle it skillfully, fraternally, and slowly, including the SDF, that it will not happen with a call, that an intense relationship is needed and how will he do it without dialogue,

That he evaluates the MHP as democratic nationalist and that it is very necessary for Turkey, that this accumulation must definitely be shared with a spirit of alliance and that the old alienating view must be overcome, that they have to establish an alliance, not conflict, that there is a mind that transcends all parties,

That the thought 'I should see the priority of the state before my own party' is also necessary for other parties,

That what brought them together and brought them closer here is the State mind, that it would have been good if the CHP was also (in the Commission meeting),

That Syria, Iraq, and if they work together, Iran will also be forced to be included in Turkey-centered integration, that there are Azeris there and they are at least as important as the Kurds, that with their participation in democratic integration, this will be a Middle East Union, that this will happen together with democratic integration,

That there will be a Democratic Republic in Turkey, and a Democratic Middle East in the Middle East,

That they need to work together without rushing, that he is not saying anything against a unitary state in Syria, but that it should never be without local democracy and civil society, that it should not be sacrificed to a new dictatorship,

(Upon Hüseyin Yayman's question; 'what will happen to oil resources and border gates') That a sharing model can be developed,

That they will also discuss what they propose for Syria for Iran,

That they (Abdullah Öcalan) want a great Turkey that has solved its problems, not just the laying down of arms, but that they are erasing the traces in the mind, and most importantly, they will propose a partnership model to all religions, peoples, and cultures in the Middle East in the near future,

That whatever negative rhetoric there was before this, rhetoric should develop in a positive direction from now on, and that for this, the Commission will open a historic door, that they will prepare a report and present it to the parliament, that they did not talk about the legal dimension, that it is under their own responsibility, but that for his interlocutors to put what they said into practice, freedom of communication must be at the forefront,

That after the steps of PKK's dissolution and disarmament, he will take positive steps again, for this reason, the law that the Commission will issue should be a law specific to the subject,

That the legal status of all those associated with the PKK, from top to bottom, must be clarified, that Mr. (Devlet) Bahçeli's 'hope principle' proposal should be considered, that in this way, a general amnesty will be avoided, that a general amnesty is not appropriate for Turkey,

That he sends his respects and greetings to the Commission, 'the decision is in their authority, therefore the issue must be moved to the parliament,'

That Iran has at least as much weight on the PKK as Israel, that he does not agree with Iran's ideology,

That they will say to him in a state relationship with Israel, 'we were going to declare a state, APO prevented it,' that he will prevent it, that he will act as a member of the Republic of Turkey and say that democratic society is the most ideal solution style for Kurds,

That he now sees Turkey as his own (Abdullah Öcalan) state, that he (Abdullah Öcalan) wants Turkey to be a democratic Republic,

That the AK Party has taken serious steps regarding the construction of a Democratic Republic,

That he (Abdullah Öcalan) wants to include Kurdish culture in the Republic, that this is a wealth, that he wants this not to be interpreted otherwise,

That Mr. Bahçeli (Mr. Devlet Bahçeli) did not use the phrase right to hope in vain, that without this, he (Abdullah Öcalan) cannot work, that after this is done, if he is not successful regarding Syria, he will accept being tried and criticized, that with his current situation, he cannot oppose Israel, that it is very clear what Israel did to him (Abdullah Öcalan) when he was with Assad in the past,

That he (Abdullah Öcalan) promises,

That they also came (to İmralı) as a delegation for the DEM Party, that Gülistan (KILIÇ KOÇYİĞİT) can also be included,

(Upon Hüseyin Yayman's statement; 'that some politicians, individuals poison the process with their rhetoric') That some people in the PKK also do this, that if working opportunities increase within the process (Abdullah Öcalan), all of them can be handled but that he needs time, that his opportunities and conditions are not suitable for this, that while he is alive, this move and the century will be successful, that while his interlocutors call this 'Century without Terror,' he calls it 'Century without Violence,' that he has the power to contribute at least as much as his interlocutors,

That they need to walk in alliance, that he is very hopeful about the Commission Members coming here (İmralı) and that a historic stage has begun, that he hopes his interlocutors will also be the key names who can carry this to success, that he is optimistic (about the process),

Feti Yıldız;

That as members of the National Unity, Solidarity and Brotherhood Commission, they came to take the statements of him (Abdullah Öcalan) with himself representing the Nationalist Movement Party, Mr. Hüseyin (YAYMAN) representing the AK Party, and Ms. Gülistan (KOÇYİĞİT) representing the DEM Party, by the election they made among themselves,

That the Commission has held 18 meetings so far, that it has listened to every segment of society from civil society organizations, bar associations, families of martyrs to the Saturday Mothers, that it is a rich listening,

That they will base this on a principle with the report they will write at the end and show the ways of solution, that the Commission has not been completed yet, that they are at the reporting stage, that this is the reason for their coming, that this meeting should be evaluated as the 19th meeting of the Commission,

That they cannot talk about Turkey's political history at length, that they know (Abdullah Öcalan's) life as the founder of the organization and the political phases he went through, that they understand the communal and liberal municipalism concepts he has been working on lately, that talking about the history of the organization is unnecessary for now,

That they know (Abdullah Öcalan) has moved from the armed method to the political method, and is focusing on equal citizenship, cultural steps, and communality,

That they understand that in his call made in February 2025, all structures should leave the armed struggle and dissolve their organizational existence, that this has relieved society very much, that the public is following this development, that it is important that they (the MHP) also cover the structures in Syria, Iraq, and Iran when they say lay down arms,

That the problems experienced can be solved within the framework of democracy, that this is only possible in a Turkey without Terror by ending terror,

That he (F. Yıldız) also took part in the courtroom in October 1999 as the lawyer for the martyrs,

That in the 1970s, the Kurdish movement was not noticed because it was within the left, now the opposite is true, the left is within the Kurdish movement,

That while they are going to a solution here, an organization member also clearly said 'what solution, what disarmament,' that they noted that 'the decision taken by Abdullah Öcalan only concerns Turkey,' that the public knows that the person at the head of the SDF (Ferhat Abdi ŞAHİN) is someone raised by Abdullah Öcalan,

That friends who are party members or in Turkish politics should not use the language of the period before Lausanne and the 1924 Constitution, that this poisons the process,

That the fact that the organization members who were with Sabri Ok while withdrawing from Turkey had weapons in their hands created an outrage in the Turkish public, that at this point it is seen that (the PKK) did not fully comply with the call made by him (Abdullah Öcalan),

That it is essential to comply with the March 10 integration agreement in Syria (SDF),

That he (Abdullah Öcalan) needs to make a new statement regarding Syria,

That this state is the state of all of us, that (the Left) is not aware that Labor has changed shape,

That they know he said 'lay down arms' to all components of the PKK in his first statement, (upon this Abdullah Öcalan; that executions are happening every day in Iran, that he (Abdullah Öcalan) will ask Iran to 'give democratic rights for Azeris and Kurds and end the executions,' that they should use initiative for this, of course this does not mean war, but while executions continue (PJAK) they will not lay down arms, that they need to enter into a dialogue and ceasefire process with Iran right now, that an integration work can be imposed on Iran,)

That there are observations that the PKK has sent the forces it withdrew from Iraq to Syria, that this situation creates a contradiction with the previous statement,

Hüseyin YAYMAN;

That they are here on behalf of the Commission, that he will ask him the questions of the nation, that the ear of all of Turkey is here, that the atmosphere here will affect the entire region, that this is historic for Turkey and the region,

That as the People's Alliance, our President and Mr. Devlet Bahçeli have taken a very big risk in terms of the solution of this issue, therefore the nation expects faster steps for the solution of the issue,

As a result, they have to succeed on behalf of the Commission and Turkey, otherwise the climate and atmosphere on the street could turn into something completely different,

That the nation attaches importance to his (Abdullah Öcalan's) February 27 call, but that there is a demand for more practical steps, that they came with the sensitivity of all families of martyrs,

That he took part in the wise people delegation, that he faced very serious reactions, that they have to succeed, that the result that will come out of here regarding practical steps will lead to either the continuation of the process or another result,

That within this historicity, both the TBMM Commission and this meeting have gained much more historical meaning, that everyone who follows the State-Organization meetings knows, that the opportunity to change all this history came in 1993-1995-1999-2009-2014, that the February 27 statement and practical steps related to it should accelerate, that the expectation from the Commission is very high and that they should not fall into the mistakes of the past, that there is an invisible hand and a coup mechanism, that the way to get out of this is for the organization to comply with Abdullah Öcalan's call in Syria and everywhere in Turkey,

That they will ensure the 1000-year brotherhood of Turks and Kurds together with historical memory, or a much greater war destruction/crisis than today's will be experienced, (Upon this, Feti Yıldız stated, 'making claims that will never happen for Turkey would be sabotaging the process, attention should be paid to this,')

That there is a coup threat, that this needs to be clarified,

That the basic issue is that as a delegation that knows all the memory and historical reality, Turkey is waiting for practical steps if a Turkey without Terror is to be realized, (Upon this, Abdullah Öcalan stated that he is 'pursuing positive moves',)

That everyone who came to the Commission said that practical steps should be taken, that they should move very quickly,

That there is resistance, because the organization moving its center from Kandil to the Syrian field does not solve the problem, that he (Abdullah Öcalan) as the leader of the organization must give a definitive instruction, that all Public Opinion and Turkey are waiting for this, that when he realizes this, another climate will develop,

That every segment listened to in the Commission stated that if violence ends, Turkey will go very far, therefore a concrete step is needed, that they will keep in mind that the coup mechanism could be activated,

That it is the Commission's duty to eliminate all historical contradiction and find a new way,

That he is of Turkmen and nationalist origin and took initiative for the sake of brotherhood,

That the establishment of the Commission is historic, that they came here with a qualified majority, that the questions 'what is the result from the nation, will weapons be laid down in Syria? Will the mothers who want their children in Diyarbakır be reunited with their children? Will weapons be laid down not only in the hand but in the mind' are waiting for answers,

That when they leave here, journalists will ask, they will make a statement, that the basic issue here is the pedal-turning (problem) voiced by the Head of the Organization, that the public also knows that problems cannot be solved in one day, that determining a roadmap, giving positive messages, and raising social expectations are very important, that there is such a political psychology in Turkey, that they have to succeed in this together,

That this historic step needs to be advanced with a historic result, otherwise it cannot progress,

That he is cautiously optimistic, that he never forgets what happened in the past and stated that he must work for the realization of a Turkey without Terror,

Gülistan KILIÇ KOÇYİĞİT;

That he looks quite good and healthy, that his health also looks quite good, that they have listened to many segments, that they are here on behalf of the commission, that they want to listen to him, that they want to share his (Abdullah Öcalan's) thoughts with the public,

That she is curious about the integration of Kurds into the Republic by ensuring their own organization, and what kind of character the Republic will have, what kind of Republic it will be,

That they want to know his opinion on what falls to the commission for the process to progress, for everything he said to be put into practice, for his (Abdullah Öcalan's) hand to be strengthened,

That tomorrow is November 25, the Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and they expressed that they convey the greetings of women."
