Autopsy report completed in Narin Güran investigation: Saymaz explains cause of death

As Turkey awaits the resolution of the Narin Güran murder case, a new development has emerged. The autopsy report that will shed light on the murder of Narin Güran, who was killed in Diyarbakır, has been completed.

Connecting to the program "Açıkça" on Halk TV, İsmail Saymaz announced that the autopsy report for Narin Güran, who was murdered in Diyarbakır, has been completed.

Stating that he spoke with forensic medicine authorities, İsmail Saymaz said, "The Forensic Medicine report is being finalized as of this evening; it will be at the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office either tonight or tomorrow morning. We will see the report tomorrow and examine in detail what findings are included regarding Narin's death."

"WE UNDERSTAND THAT NARİN WAS STRANGLED TO DEATH"

Saymaz shared the information, "Asphyxia was detected in Narin's death. This means the following: death by strangulation resulting from pressure applied to her face and neck. We understand that Narin was strangled to death."

Stating that there is a finding that Narin was killed on the day she was abducted, Saymaz said, "There was a detachment in her leg. There is a finding that this bone detachment occurred as a result of a wild animal bite. There were already animal bites on her leg.

KILLED ON THE DAY SHE WENT MISSING

The report states that "with the current data, a medical assessment could not be made regarding whether Narin Güran was subjected to sexual assault," and that Narin's death occurred on August 21, the date she went missing.

"DNA BELONGING TO SOMEONE ELSE WAS NOT DETECTED"

No other evidence of rape or sexual assault could be detected. This does not mean it did not happen, but it could not be detected because the little girl's body had decomposed.

Furthermore, no DNA belonging to anyone else was detected on Narin's body."

Forensic Medicine is not providing much information about the report, but the information I have obtained is that the signatures on the report are about to be completed tonight and it will be in the hands of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office tomorrow...

DID NARİN VOMIT ON UNCLE GÜRAN'S HAND?

Gökmen Karadağ asked İsmail Saymaz about the allegations that "the fluid that came out of Narin's mouth was smeared on Salim Güran's hand and car."

Saymaz stated that these allegations were not included in the Forensic Medicine report and that this claim was not true.

STRANGULATION ASSESSMENT FROM POLICE

Stating that he asked high-ranking police officers about the strangulation incident, Saymaz said, "They told me that manual strangulation is not a planned murder.

It is seen in incidents that develop spontaneously and the perpetrator is usually a single person.

It is mostly for sexual purposes. It is the product of a single person. Two people cannot strangle one person.

Since child murder is grave, the reason is also grave. Reasons like debt cannot be the cause; a horrific reason is rape."
