The Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an ex officio investigation regarding the report titled “Release decision for gang leader T.D. and E.D.” published two days ago and issued a detention order for Dinçer Gökçe today for him to provide a statement.
Acting on the prosecutor's office's instructions, police teams detained Dinçer Gökçe. Gökçe subsequently gave his statement to Bakırköy Public Prosecutor Yusuf Demir.
Following the completion of his statement, Dinçer Gökçe was released under judicial control conditions.
