Forest fire in Çanakkale: Response efforts continue!
Aerial and ground response efforts are underway for a forest fire that broke out in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale.

Following reports of smoke rising from a forested area in Güzelköy, Ayvacık, Çanakkale, 2 helicopters, 1 initial response vehicle, 5 fire trucks, 3 water supply vehicles, 1 bulldozer, 1 trailer, and forestry teams were dispatched to the region.
Efforts by the teams to extinguish the fire, the cause of which is not yet known, are ongoing.
