Haluk Levent meets with Mayor of Gaza: 'Humanitarian aid has not arrived'

Artist Haluk Levent, who announced on the social media platform X/Twitter that he had spoken with the Mayor of Gaza, Yehia Al Sarraj, shared the information he received from the Mayor with the public.
Levent stated the following in his announcement:
''I held a meeting with the Mayor of Gaza. He stated that humanitarian aid is currently not arriving and that permission for a portion of the convoys is expected today. He noted that there are electricity and water outages in Gaza and that the people of Gaza are in a very difficult situation. The meeting was also attended by Lebanon's Mayor Mohamed Saadie and the United Cities and Local Governments Middle East Section. They stated that they welcome Turkey's support for the people of Gaza. They said they would inform us once permission for the aid convoys is granted.''
