İmamoğlu reacts: 'Are we going to kill millions of animals?'
While the AKP's regulation on stray animals remains on the agenda, the 'euthanasia' clause included in the proposal continues to draw criticism. İmamoğlu also commented on the matter.

Journalist Candaş Tolga Işık, host of the 'Az Önce Konuştum' program, asked Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu about the regulation on stray animals.
Regarding the regulation in question, İmamoğlu responded: "What does euthanasia mean? Are we going to kill millions of animals! Is there any humanity in this? Our children won't let us into our homes. What conscience can justify killing animals without building shelters and sterilization centers!"
