Communications Directorate denies Süleyman Soylu's 'stray animals' claim

In a statement made by the Center for Combating Disinformation under the Presidential Communications Directorate, the following was stated regarding the matter:
"The claim shared by some social media accounts that 'Former Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu announced that he opposes the regulation on stray animals' is not true.
AK Party Istanbul MP and former Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu has not made any such statement regarding the regulation on stray animals as claimed. The expressions mentioned in the news in question do not belong to Süleyman Soylu.
It has been determined that the statement attributed to Süleyman Soylu was fabricated by a social media user and shared on social media.
Do not give credence to unfounded claims aimed at manipulating the public."
