Interior Minister Yerlikaya announces: Mahzen-46 operations in 13 provinces centered in Bursa
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 3 separate nationally operating criminal organizations, led by Vedat Kıpçak, Fırat Erdal, and Ersin Bulut, were dismantled in the "Mahzen-46" operations conducted in 13 provinces centered in Bursa.

According to information shared by Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya, "Mahzen-46" operations were carried out in Istanbul, Konya, Van, Kocaeli, Nevşehir, Muğla, Samsun, Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, Balıkesir, Tekirdağ, and Muş, with the center of operations in Bursa.
With the operations conducted, 3 separate organized crime groups led by Vedat Kıpçak, Fırat Erdal, and Ersin Bulut were dismantled, and a total of 112 suspects were apprehended.
CRIMES IDENTIFIED
It was determined that the suspects, who were members of the organizations, committed crimes including establishing an armed organization for the purpose of committing crimes, drug trafficking, shielding criminals through force, violence, and threats, money laundering, and migrant smuggling.
In the operations, 74 suspects who were members of the organized crime group led by Vedat Kıpçak were apprehended. 13 kilograms of methamphetamine, 87 liters of liquid methamphetamine, 450,000 drug pills, various amounts of cocaine, 5 unlicensed pistols, and 7 precision scales were seized.
22 suspects who were members of the organized crime group led by Fırat Erdal were apprehended. 9.5 kilograms of methamphetamine, 3 precision scales, and 3 unlicensed pistols were seized.
