According to a report by İsmail Arı from BirGün, it was observed that Fatma Zehra Kınık is being represented by Osman Baturhan Dursun, who, according to the Central Registry System (MERSİS) affiliated with the Ministry of Trade, is a Board Member of Kızılay Bakım A.Ş.
Kızılay Bakım A.Ş. is one of the companies affiliated with the 156-year-old Turkish Red Crescent (Türk Kızılay).
It is known that Dursun was a parliamentary candidate for the HAS Party, founded by Numan Kurtulmuş, and also served as the Secretary General of the Green Crescent (Yeşilay) for a period.

An indictment was prepared by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident in which Fatma Zehra Kınık caused the death of 1 person and the injury of 4 others, charging her with "causing death and injury by negligence." The first hearing of the case in which Fatma Zehra Kınık will be tried will be held on October 30. The indictment requests that Fatma Zehra Kınık be sentenced to imprisonment ranging from 2 to 15 years for the crime of "causing death and injury by negligence."
