Öznur Göçer, the wife of motorcycle courier Yunus Emre Göçer, who was killed by Somali President's son Mohammed Hassan Shekh Mohamud, applied to the ATV program 'Müge Anlı ile Tatlı Sert' to bring the incident to public attention.

However, it was revealed that this application was rejected.

Host Müge Anlı explained on live television why they did not investigate the death of Yunus Emre Göçer.

'MAY A STONE FALL ON YOUR HEADS AS BIG AS MÜGE ANLI'

Anlı stated, "The perpetrator of the crime is known. What am I supposed to investigate here? Just because news about me gets read, don't throw every case in front of me. I am just a woman who cleans windows at home. May a stone fall on your heads as big as Müge Anlı," she said.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Somali President's son, Mohamed Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, hit motorcycle courier Yunus Emre Göçer from behind with the car he was driving at the Aksaray exit of the Eurasia Tunnel in Istanbul on November 30. Göçer, who was seriously injured in the accident, lost his life at the hospital where he was taken.

Mohamud, who hit Göçer and fled the scene after the accident, was allegedly released after police reports claimed the "motorcycle courier was at fault" and following his statement at the police station.

In the expert report prepared on the matter, the Somali president's son, Mohamud, was found to be "primarily at fault."

Although the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office issued an arrest warrant for Mohamud, it was revealed that the suspect had fled the country on December 2.
