Naci Görür shares post with note: 'I am even more hopeful today than yesterday'

Prof. Dr. Naci Görür, who aims to create earthquake awareness among citizens through his social media posts in Turkey, a country prone to earthquakes, uses his social media account actively.

Görür, who tries to clarify the issues that citizens are curious about, especially after earthquakes occur, also does not refrain from constantly warning authorities with his alerts. 

Görür, who constantly reminds people of the reality of earthquakes in his posts and asks authorities to accelerate their work on this issue, this time shared a congratulatory post.

Announcing that earthquake preparedness work has begun in Tunceli and its districts, Naci Görür made the following post:

"Friends, I am even more hopeful today than I was yesterday. Perhaps they heard our voice. I heard that earthquake preparedness work has begun in Tunceli and its districts, that the building stock is being reviewed, that dilapidated buildings are being demolished in some places, that government buildings are being reinforced, and that emergency and response training is being provided to authorized personnel. I am very pleased. I congratulate the Tunceli administration and the authorities on behalf of my people, with love."
