The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that a police commissioner identified as G.K., serving in the Organized Crime Combat Branch and assessed to have acted in concert with other suspects in the file, has been detained in the Ayhan Bora Kaplan investigation.
In a written statement issued by the prosecutor's office, it was reported that the examination of digital materials seized from individuals involved as suspects in the investigation is continuing at the Ankara Provincial Gendarmerie Command Criminal Branch Directorate.
TRAVEL BAN
The statement, which noted that suspect N.Ö.K., for whom a detention warrant had been issued in the investigation, was released under judicial control, included the following: “Finally, suspect N.Ö.K., for whom a detention warrant was issued in the investigation and who was instructed to be brought to our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was referred to the Ankara Duty Magistrate's Court with a request for the judicial control measure of a travel ban, based on the current state of evidence following their statement.
