Dilan and Engin Polat were taken into custody on charges of forming an organization for the purpose of committing crimes and money laundering. Company executives were caught by police while transferring 1 million 800 thousand TL from the company safe to their own accounts. With this, the number of detainees in the operation has reached 24.

The investigation initiated by the Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into suspects including Engin Polat and Dilan Polat on charges of "violation of the Law on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, the Tax Procedure Law, and the Law on Regulation of Betting and Games of Chance in Football and Other Sports Competitions" is ongoing.
