Person wanted by Interpol captured in Kırıkkale

A foreign national wanted by Interpol for drug trafficking in Australia has been captured by police teams in Kırıkkale.

In Kırıkkale, efforts to apprehend wanted individuals continue under the coordination of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and the Provincial Police Department.

According to the information obtained, H.C., who was wanted by Interpol for drug trafficking in Australia, was taken into custody during inspections conducted in the city center by teams from the Anti-Narcotic Crimes Branch and the Anti-Migrant Smuggling and Border Gates Branch.

The Australian national was handed over to the Removal Center for deportation following processing at the police station.
