HOW IS FISH SOUP MADE?
- In the original recipe, it is made from scorpion fish or tub gurnard.
- It cannot be made without butter. Onions, carrots, garlic, and celery are essential. Generally, those who make it do so without celery. But there is no fish soup without celery.
- We boil the fish beforehand. Then, after cleaning and deboning it, we must use the water we boiled it in. After doing all this, we need to remove the foam that forms on top while it is cooking.
- Just like with regular meat dishes, the foam must be removed so that the taste of the fish soup does not change.
- Finally, after it is cooked, dill and parsley are added.
