Preparing creamy mushroom pasta, a staple on restaurant menus, at home is quite practical and effortless.
Creamy Mushroom Pasta Ingredients:
-1 package of pasta
-2 liters of water
-1 teaspoon of salt
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 tablespoon of butter
-300 grams of mushrooms
-2 cups of cream (2 packages)
-1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
-2 handfuls of basil
-1 teaspoon of salt
Creamy Mushroom Pasta Preparation:
-Wash and chop the mushrooms, then sauté them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter until they release and then reabsorb their water.
-After sautéing, turn the heat to low and add the salt, black pepper, finely chopped basil, 2 cloves of finely minced garlic, and the cream.
-Simmer the cream for about 2 minutes without letting it curdle, then turn off the heat.
-Bring about 2 liters of water and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil in a large pot.
-Boil the pasta in the boiling water for about 10-12 minutes.
-Stir at the beginning to prevent them from sticking together.
-Drain after boiling; you can pour 1 cup of cold water over them to stop the cooking process.
-Combine with your creamy mushroom sauce back in the pot and mix. The creamy mushroom pasta is ready to serve.
