- 5 cups of cold milk
- 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 400 ml of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- Ingredients for the Caramel
- 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 packet of heavy cream
TRILEÇE RECIPE
- Add the eggs and sugar to a mixing bowl and whisk until the color lightens.
- Slowly add the oil and continue whisking, then add the flour, semolina, baking powder, and vanilla and mix.
- Combine the mixed ingredients into the liquid mixture, stirring slowly.
- Once completely blended, pour into your baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
- Put all your syrup ingredients into a bowl and whisk until the milk becomes frothy, then place in the refrigerator.
- For the caramel, put the sugar in a non-stick pan and cook until it turns into caramel, then quickly add the margarine and heavy cream and stir.
