STARBUCKS-STYLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 tea glass powdered sugar
150 grams butter
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 grams walnuts
50 grams chocolate chips
Preparation
First, add the powdered sugar and egg yolks into a deep bowl and mix. Add the vanilla, water, and butter that has been kept at room temperature. After adding the baking powder and cinnamon, continue mixing. Add the flour by sifting it little by little and knead until the dough reaches a consistency that does not stick to the hand. When the dough reaches a consistency where its shape will not be distorted, add the walnuts and chocolate chips and knead very slightly. The chocolate chips should not melt. After dividing the dough into two pieces, shape them into cylinders and let them rest in the refrigerator. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper by shaping them. Bake in a preheated 175-degree fan-assisted oven for 10-12 minutes. The cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven. After they cool down, they will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Enjoy your meal.
NOTE: For the cookie to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the baking time should not exceed 12 minutes.
