3-4 drops of lemon juice
3-4 cloves
1 tablespoon honey or molasses
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation of Lozenges:

-Place the sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook by stirring constantly so that the sugar dissolves before the water boils. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the golden milk spice, cloves, lemon juice, and honey.

-After boiling for a while, remove the clove buds from the mixture.

-Cook for approximately 20 minutes while stirring. Transfer onto parchment paper with a spoon in the shape of lozenges.

-If they do not look like shiny glass, continue boiling.

-If the lozenge mixture hardens while transferring to the parchment paper, you can reheat it and continue the process.

-Wait 15 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar so that the solidified lozenges do not stick to each other.

-Store in a glass jar and in the refrigerator. You can add them to your herbal teas if you wish.
