With 250 calories per slice, ladyfinger cake has become popular among the public recently.

Here is the most practical recipe for ladyfinger cake, which has found its place in the kitchens of homes and restaurants...

Recipe for Ladyfinger Cake;

*1 cup = 200 ml

Ingredients:

•1.5 packs of ladyfingers (the number may vary depending on the size of your container)
•Almost 1 cup of milk (to soak the ladyfingers)
•1 tablespoon of cocoa (for the topping)

For the cream;

•4 cups of milk
•2 tablespoons of flour
•2 tablespoons of starch (any kind can be used)
•3 tablespoons of granulated sugar (you can adjust the ratio according to your taste)
•1 egg at room temperature
•1 pack of powdered whipped cream

For the chocolate sauce;

•1 box of heavy cream (200 ml)
•160-200 g of dark chocolate (you can think of it as 2 packs of chocolate on the shelves)

Preparation of Ladyfinger Cake:

-We start by lining the inside of our wide and deep container with cling film. We soak the ladyfingers in milk and arrange them inside as shown in the video.

-For the cream; we put all the cream ingredients except the whipped cream into a pot, mix them well, and then turn on the stove. Once it cooks and starts to thicken, we take it off the heat and wait for it to lose its heat. When it has cooled down completely, we add the powdered whipped cream and whisk with a mixer. (Whipped cream is optional)

-For the chocolate sauce; we put the heavy cream and chocolate into our sauce pan and heat them by mixing them well together. Instead of chocolate sauce, you can also use fruit slices or fruit marmalade. This part is up to you...

-In the final step, we fill the inside of the ladyfingers with the cream and chocolate sauce.

-We let our dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
