HOW TO COOK MUNG BEANS?

Mung beans absorb a lot of water, so pay attention to the water when cooking.

If you add 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar while boiling the mung beans, they will not fall apart during cooking.

They cook very quickly; cook them in a regular pot instead of a pressure cooker.

Add the salt after boiling the mung beans, as salt delays the water from boiling.
